What the Client Wanted

One Great George Street approached us to design their brand new website and convert it into HTML/CSS for them. They already had an internal team to setup the CMS (Content Management System).

The old website was dated, they wanted to refresh the brand and showcase everything they could offer. In addition to this, they asked if we could help make the wedding section of the website appeal to it’s target audience by designing the page with brides and grooms in mind.

How We Solved It

With the design we decided to incorporate a slideshow that included a horizontal text carousel. The carousel cycles through the different event types with the background image updating at the same time. Using this the site immediately communicates the main offerings from the venue.

The wedding section was specifically designed to feature all of the information that a prospective bride/groom could want. With CTA’s (Calls to Action) throughout the page they can easily get in touch with the venue.

We delivered the responsive HTML and CSS to the One Great George Street CMS integration team on deadline and let them get to work.
